Are you reading this on the plane? What? Well, have you checked flights? No, are you kidding me?
The Tokyo International Anime Fair is, well international for a reason. Other nations have to… attend. So dude check it out you can still leave Wednesday on United Airlines non-stop and come back on monday for only $505! (before fees, payoffs, and bribes). That’s how much it costs me to go see Granny in Carolina and she doesn’t dress in school girl cosplay!
The Tokyo International Anime Fair Executive Committee (Chairman: Shintaro Ishihara, Governor of Tokyo) will host the “Tokyo International Anime Fair 2010”, one of the largest anime-related events in the world, at Tokyo Big Sight from Thursday March 25th to Sunday March 28th, 2010. This fair is a large event in which anime-related companies and organizations, such as production companies, TV and film companies, toy and game software companies gather from both Japan and overseas. This year’s fair is the ninth in the annual series. The 2010 fair consists of three main features: “Trade Fair” where visitors can obtain the very latest information, “Events” which offers features such as symposiums, stage events and special exhibitions, and “Competition” which will see the best anime works being selected and presented with awards.
